- {jennifer} If you have liked Shutterfly then when you make the @ before Shutterfly it becomes clickable, just like when you tag a friend in a post...If it doesn't show up clickable then it's not linked to the Shutterfly page and their readers won't be able to see it, so make sure it's linking correctly.

- you find people on twitter by using hashtags. I've found tons of great #foodallergy bloggers - find another blogger in your niche and see what they do
- you must use lists that you create or it'll be too much
- to find @mentions - When you are on Twitter / Home, the first tab is Timeline (the stream) and the 2nd tab is @Mention<---this would be your Twitter name. When you go to Twitter / Profile, the 4th tab is your followers (newest at the top). I generally use Hoot Suite but I do find myself looking up this stuff on the website.
